How FORM & VOLTAGE handles enquiries and basic site statistics.

Contacting us

The form sends your email and message to our website. If you select a service or starting package, that choice is included. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss a project. Please leave out passwords, payment details and sensitive documents.

Messages are stored in a private database accessible to the studio owner. Automatic email notifications are not connected. You can also write directly to kristinatyatte@gmail.com; those messages are processed by Gmail and your own email provider.

Simple statistics

We count page views, email-link clicks and successfully saved enquiries. Views are not unique people, and an email click does not confirm that a message was sent. The application does not store IP addresses, full referrer URLs, advertising identifiers or browser fingerprints in its statistics. It does not set visitor-tracking cookies or use advertising pixels. Internal review browsers can store a simple preference cookie to exclude their own checks; it contains no visitor identifier and grants no access to private data.

Each page load uses a temporary random event reference to avoid counting the same request twice. Event references are cleaned up after two days on subsequent activity. The counter respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Hosting and storage

This site runs on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare hosting and D1 database storage. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs to operate and protect the service. Direct email is handled through Gmail. These services may process information outside your country.

Enquiries and daily totals are available for 90 days. Expired application records are removed when the site next processes activity. If we begin working together, necessary project correspondence may be kept separately for the project. Hosting providers control their own operational logs and backups.

Examples on this site

The invoice demo uses fictional sample data and fixed rules in your browser. It does not send invoices to a server or call an AI model. Concept images are labelled as illustrative examples.
